What's Rapid Prototyping

Rapid Prototyping is a process to build physical parts directly from Computer Aided Design (CAD) data. This process is based on additive manufacturing technique, means 3d object is created by bonding thin slices of material layer by layer.

What's 3D Printing

3d printing is a generic term primarily used for additive manufacturing, where an object is created layer by layer. There are number of 3DP technologies borrowed from large RP systems, major difference is material choice, build speed and accuracy of parts.

FDM machinesFDM also known as Fused Deposition Modeling is layered additive manufacturing system. FDM offers functional and durable prototypes in real engineering thermoplastics. Our 3D printers are based on FDM technology and use ABS Plastic. The FDM technology is commonly applied to form, fit, function analysis and concept visualisation.
